Order Shipping & Status

1. Portugal delivery times and costs
- Shipping to Portugal (Continental and Islands) is free.
- There is no minimum order value required to qualify for the free shipping.
- Free shipping will be applied automatically at checkout.
- Delivery between 2-3 working days after your order has been placed.
2. Europe delivery times and costs
- Air shipping costs:
1-3 items: 17 €
4-6 items: 25 €
More than 6 items: 35 €

Delivery between 9am-5pm Monday to Friday

3) Select "I am a new customer".
Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.

Returns and Exchanges

You must first contact us to provide explanation and get approval for return.

After receiving Return Authorization (RA), securely pack and seal the return merchandise and receipt in an appropriate shipping box or envelope and send back to us to the address below:

Returns and exchanges are accepted on NEW merchandise within 7 days of receipt for items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED.
All tags must be intact and attached and must be accompanied by the receipt of purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse returns if all conditions above are not met.
If returning several items from the same order, all merchandise must be sent in one complete package.
The items must be returned from the same country to which they were delivered.

If you wish to cancel your order, completely or partially, or exchange any item, once you have received your RA number, simply send back your item(s) using our free collection service.
- Book a free collection with DHL, by calling or visiting www.dhl.com and selecting your country to find the telephone number of your nearest DHL.
- Sign the return pro forma invoice and the return DHL air waybill that you received with your order. Please leave the package open until the driver has checked the contents.
- You will be notified by e-mail once your return has been received and processed.
- There is no charge to exchange items for a different size, however, all exchanges are based on stock availability. Shipping is also free on the replacement item.
- Please note that we are only able to offer size exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative style, we suggest that you return it for store credit and purchase the new piece separately.

- If you have received an item as a gift, you may exchange it for a store credit to your LENNY NIEMEYER account (you will need to register your details). The amount is automatically deducted from your next purchase and will be valid for one year. Please be aware that you may need to pay any cost difference or additional shipping.

- Your refund will either be credited to the original purchaser´s credit card or LENNY NIEMEYER account. Shipping costs will not be refunded for items using our free collection service.
- Please note card refunds may take up to 10 working days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately we are unable to influence this.
